I highly recommended this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car :). I’m a first time buyer and they went above and beyond to help me not only get the car I wanted, but a good deal on it as well. Ricky and Greg are amazing guys and really make you feel welcomed throughout your whole experience with them. I had a lengthy process that took a couple days and throughout those days, they were working for me to try and help me get approved. I had gone to various dealers in Fresno and they were all telling me no, or really high interest rates on similar cars. Came to this dealership after I got denied at one in madera. As soon as I walked in Ricky and Mauricio greeted us and said to look around. Off topic I had dirty work clothes on and they treated us as if we walked in to a Mercedes dealership. They let me test drive there trucks before I even said I was interested. Greg said which one did I personally like, and told him the 2018 Silverado… but I didn’t think I would get approved. Mr Yepo said they were flexible and told me you’ll drive off with the truck you want! Greg, Ricky and Mr.Yepo went the extra mile they staid after hours to help me get approved. We had purchased the Alpha extended warranty at the time of sale, but unfortunately, the warranty company denied the service we needed. This is where the owner, Yepo, truly showed his commitment to his customers. He went above and beyond to make things right and personally ensured that all the problems with our vehicle were fixed. Found them on car guru. Text me right back. Told them would be up on Friday . Car was not ready for a test drive but that was my fault.I didn’t call to let them know .john was very helpful. Battery was dead ,jump started test drove it every thing was fine. I knew I want an 05 Prius .20 year old car! Greg GM, very helpful and very accommodating. I miss the part of their pricing about a coating to save paint and a theft protection plan. Again my fault for not reading description .we agree on the price pick it up Saturday . It was clean and detailed like it was a new car . They are very friendly up front about everything. I paid cash for mine . I was looking for a cargo transit van and saw it on T&D's website, I called them and talked to Ricky, this guy is super polite and great attitude, I was shown the vehicle and test drove it, then another gentlemen help me with the paper works, these guys work as a team. I was skeptical at first but I knew I really need the car so I went ahead and trusted these guys. I didn't expect them to go above and beyond my expectations. We had the BEST buying experience here! We are from Napa, so we were a little apprehensive buying a vehicle from out of town. But the guys here took really good care of us. The two things that we loved the most were: 1) The price was a great deal. There were so many other dealerships that were trying to gouge us, but they offered super fair price... 2) The vehicle was in great condition. We were nervous about buying a used vehicle from a small dealership. But we've had it now for 6 months and its been amazing! I really love the three guys in T and D. They have helped me and even drove me to the insurance to get my car insured and secured they have help me a lot and I can’t express much myself. The main guy name Lesmore is very funny and smart too he is up and great for service and nice too he help me with the 500$ pay in two weeks which I appreciate and has help me pay 30$ fee on my card for the used out of my down payment. I enjoy the three people Lesmore, Adrain, and Gellamgo. I thank Adrain because he seems to fit my shoes but yes kind and easy to work with. ~ michael r

Les Dean! && Ricky!! If you smart, go to them. They came in at the perfect timing when i was looking around for cars. I live in Las Vegas and they drive the car to me the next morning after signing papers online. I know my cars worth, and they gave me a steal for it. They were nice, they had a notary there on time. I mean i can go on and on how much they treated me like family. And I’m not just saying that to say it, all my car salesmen friends told me to grab the car before anyone else did. Called T&D Auto Group in the morning and Yepo (the owner) answered. Very polite, told us there were multiple appointments to see the truck later in the day but he would hold the truck for us if we came by noon. That was awesome as we lived 2 hours away.
